Are your products authentic?

Yes. We sell 100% authentic UNIQLO products sourced directly from official UNIQLO stores. We do not sell replicas, used products or imitations.

Are you affiliated with UNIQLO?

No. We are an independent retailer and are not affiliated with or endorsed by UNIQLO Co., Ltd.

Is checkout safe?

Yes. Our checkout is fully secure and encrypted. Payments are processed through Stripe, one of the world’s leading secure payment platforms. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.

Do you offer returns or refunds?

Due to the nature of our sourcing process, all sales are final.

Each item is specially sourced after your order is placed. For this reason, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for sizing or change of mind.

Refunds will only be issued if an item becomes unavailable or out of stock after your order is placed.
